This Payment Policy explains how payments work at Union Haven.

- Google Pay
- Shop Pay

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways using SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

3. BILLING INFORMATION

Please provide accurate billing information at checkout. If your information changes, update your account or contact us so your orders can be processed smoothly.

4. AUTHORIZATION

By submitting your payment details, you authorize Union Haven to charge the total amount (including any taxes and shipping) to your selected payment method.

5. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined:
- Double-check that card details are entered correctly
- Ensure you have sufficient funds
- Confirm with your bank that the transaction was not blocked
- Try a different payment method

6. CURRENCY & CONVERSION

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply a conversion rate. We are not responsible for conversion fees charged by your bank.

7. TAXES

Sales tax is applied based on local tax rules for the shipping destination. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect customers, we use fraud detection tools to review orders. In rare cases, we may:
- Contact you to verify order details
- Request additional information
- Cancel orders that appear suspicious

If an order is canceled for this reason, any charges will be refunded in full.

9. CHARGEBACKS

If you have concerns about a charge, please email us first at support@tryunionhaven.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
