Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect when you order from Union Haven.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
2. SHIPPING TIMES — UNITED STATES
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (when available at checkout)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
3. SHIPPING TIMES — INTERNATIONAL
- Canada: 10 to 18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 12 to 21 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 14 to 24 business days
- Rest of World: 15 to 30 business days
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotions such as free shipping may be offered from time to time.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for details.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order status anytime. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email support@tryunionhaven.com.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around entry points and with your local postal service
- Wait 24 to 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact us if it still hasn't arrived
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of resending it.
9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us at support@tryunionhaven.com. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
