Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work at Union Haven.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Free bonus items included with your order do not need to be returned to qualify for a refund. You may keep them.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, email us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We'll respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take another 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, check first with your bank or card issuer. If you still have questions, email support@tryunionhaven.com.
9. EXCHANGES
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Start a return for the original item, then place a new order for the replacement.
